  • Sponsor background, public record, and track-record gut-check
  • High-level market check — does the submarket support the story?
  • Pitch deck / teaser review for obvious red flags and gaps
  • Short findings note and 30-minute debrief call

The fast, low-cost first filter — tells you whether a deal is worth deeper diligence before you spend time or money. Most clients start here.

The deep dive before you wire funds. Flat $1,000 for a standard single-asset deal; unusually large or complex deals (multi-property portfolios, fund structures, layered capital stacks) are quoted upfront before any work begins.

  • Event-triggered: we act when you send a document, never on a standing watch

On pricing: Flat fees, agreed in writing before any work begins — no hourly billing, no success fees, no surprises. The Deal Review covers a standard single-asset syndication; genuinely complex deals are quoted upfront so there is never a surprise mid-engagement.
